How to make money with online surveys

Posted on By Harun Mbijiwe No Comments on How to make money with online surveys

As time goes day by day people are searching for ways to make passive income. One of the ways to achieve this is by doing surveys.

There are different ways to accomplish this either through hard copy written surveys with questionnaires, one on one surveys, phone surveys either by calls or short text messages, email surveys, and online surveys.

Among these, some are paid whereas others are not. Some are legit sites while others are not. A person who engages in the same should do some more research on each survey site because some may be scum or blocker sites.

Something else that should be in mind is that surveys ask too much of your personal information to build your traits and demographic. This helps them to send you survey questions tailored specifically for you. Most of them have a privacy policy and therefore there is some surety of your personal info. For those who are sensitive about personal information, it might be hard to give in. Though there is no other way to do surveys online.

You need to understand that online surveys are not get-rich-quick schemes. The paid surveys need a lot of patience and hard work. Most of them need you to be truthful and honest when taking surveys.

There are several online surveys that you can research on and try if you feel like it. I will discuss a few and list others for your research.

One of them that I am currently working with is paidviewpoint.com. It allows one to have only one account. Pays after one earns $15 through PayPal and they use the phone to verify the legit owner to avoid stealing of your money. You can read more on their site concerning privacy, FAQ, About, and so on.

The earnings from paidviewpoint.com vary and can go as low as $0.03 per survey of 10 questions. They encourage one to have a trait score of 9000 in order to get paid higher for each survey one completes. So learn that you need patience for surveys. But as soon as your trait score goes up more better-paid surveys are posted to you. You also earn a few coins when you join paidviewpoint.com for free.

Then there is super pay me. It is the home of many surveys. According to site details, it has been in the market since 2012. It has paid over 3.1 million dollars to its members. You can join it for free.

Superapy. me is part of 99 Ventures Ltd. It’s headquarters are in London.

Another survey site is Swagbucks.com. This company is an American rewards and loyalty-program operator operated by Prodege, LLC, and based in El Segundo, California. Founded in 2008 and has over 20 million members. It has already paid over $400 milion to it’s according to their site report.

Swagbucks reward its members with free gift cards and cash for the everyday things they already do online. You can also earn points that you can redeem for free gift cards to your favorite retailers like Amazon or Walmart, and others, or get cash back from PayPal. You can join Swagbucks.com for free.

Others include inbox dollars, survey junkie, I-say panel, prize rebel, Toluma influencers, and so on.

Caution

There are several things you need to be cautious with as you do surveys to avoid scum and discouragement:

  • Do not pay any money to take surveys. This means if you are asked to pay for registration or some cash to take any survey, that might be a scam.
  • Do more research on any website you sign up with to understand how you can navigate and get more out of the surveys. Understand terms and conditions.
  • Know which online surveys work in your region. This can only be done by doing online research for the same. For example price rebel, survey junkie and inbox dollars is not available in East Africa region and may be in Africa.
  • Don’t join surveys thinking you will make a million dollars. Know that you might get few dollar’s or rewards over a period of time. Though it is worth it. So it’s not a get rich quick scheme. But just a side hustle.
  • You need a lot of patience with yourself. Don’t jump head over heels completing surveys, you might end up being frustrated. Take your time.
  • Avoid giving your bank card details and pins in online surveys. It might be a scam.
  • Do not join too many survey sites at a time, maybe a maximum of five can do. That will help you to understand the way they work and which ones you can put in much effort for a greater reward.

I think with this eye-opener you can move forward and get a few coins in the comfort of your home, office, or as you go to work on the train or any public means of transport.
