1. Physical symptoms:

– Fatigue or low energy
– Headaches or migraines
– Muscle tension or stiffness
– Digestive problems, such as stomachaches, nausea, or changes in appetite
– Sleep disturbances, including insomnia or excessive sleeping
– Increased heart rate or palpitations
– Sweating or cold, clammy hands
– Changes in appetite or weight
– Frequent illnesses or weakened immune system

2. Emotional and behavioral symptoms:

– Irritability, moodiness, or agitation
– Anxiety, restlessness, or feeling overwhelmed
– Depression or feelings of sadness
– Anger or frustration
– Changes in appetite, such as overeating or undereating
– Social withdrawal or isolation
– Procrastination or difficulty making decisions
– Increased use of substances like alcohol, tobacco, or drugs
– Changes in libido or sexual difficulties

3. Cognitive symptoms:

– Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
– Memory problems or forgetfulness
– Racing thoughts or constant worrying
– Poor judgment or lack of focus
– Negative thinking or pessimism
– Mental fog or feeling overwhelmed

4. Behavioral symptoms:

– Changes in sleep patterns, such as insomnia or oversleeping
– Increased irritability or outbursts of anger
– Nail biting, fidgeting, or other nervous habits
– Social withdrawal or avoiding activities previously enjoyed
– Decreased productivity or performance at work or school

Mount Kenya was coined from the Kikuyu name Kĩrĩnyaga, or Kamba, Ki Nyaa. This is the highest mountain in Kenya and the second-highest in Africa, after Kilimanjaro. The highest peak of the mountain is Batian which is 5,199 metres or 17,057 feet, followed by Nelion 5,188 metres or 17,021 feet, and Lenana which is 4,985 metres or 16,355 feet high from sea level. Mount Kenya is located in the former Eastern and Central regions (provinces) of Kenya. It is the interception of Meru, Embu, Kirinyaga, Nyeri and Tharaka Nithi counties. The Kenyan republic got its name from Mount Kenya.
